VoicePulse FIVE is our fifth generation Voice over IP telephony platform. But it's much more than an incremental upgrade. We took 12 years of experience in delivering VoIP service, our giant list of things we wished we had done differently, and notes on features customers requested, and sat down with a blank slate. The result, after countless hours of development is a completely rewritten platform designed from the ground up to provide Internet telephony service in the most powerful, flexible and easy-to-use way possible.
The initial release of FIVE, available immediately, is ideal for wholesale customers and VARs looking for powerful SIP trunking features. You can register for free at five.voicepulse.com and be up and running with a test account in less than 10 minutes. Once you have basic inbound and outbound calling configured, you'll be able to explore the new Call Apps concept, which gives you the ability to configure failover for inbound calls to multiple gateways.
FIVE is completely RFC 3261 compliant, which means it works with the widest variety of SIP gateways including Asterisk, Avaya, Cisco, OpenSIPS, and many others.
We've also revamped the way we provide support. You'll find a helpful user community and knowledge base articles at help.voicepulse.com, as well as ticket-based support for account-specific questions, which you can view and update in real time, within your account portal.
Our work on FIVE isn't done yet either. We have a roadmap of exciting features that we'll be adding over the coming months, and we'll be incorporating user feedback as we continue that development.
We think you'll enjoy the new capabilities FIVE provides, and we look forward to hearing from you as we continue to add new capabilities to the platform.
